Young Successful Trainers

Project co-financed by the Sports and Youth Directorate of Bucharest through the local youth projects competition 2016.


Project Objectives

Raising awareness for the specifics of professional training for adults among 500 young persons for a period of 19 days.
Facilitating access to 25 young persons to develop adult training skills, during an 18-day interval.
Developing adult training skills for 25 young people, for a period of 16 days.


Free course for the occupation of TRAINER, COR code 242401

The Youth for Education and Society Association is organizing a free course for the occupation of TRAINER, COR code 242401, ANC authorized (The National Authority for Qualifications) for 25 young up to the age of 35, that have graduated from higher education.

The classes will take place in Bucharest from the 4th until the 9TH of October 2016, as follows:

04-09 of October 2016 - Course development (theory and practice);
09th of October 2016 - ANC certification exam, 6 pm.

Course schedule:

04-07 of October 2016, from 4 to 9 pm (Tuesday-Friday);
08-09 of October 2016, from 10 am to 6 pm (Saturday and Sunday);
09th of October 2016, from 6 pm, ANC Certification Exam.

Selection will be made in the order of enrollment, based on personal motivation.
The selection results will be communicated to the participants by email.

Enrollment requirements:

Those interested will apply through the online form available on the TES website to which they will attach a cover letter. In order to participate in the training program enrolled persons must prove their status as a higher education graduate, mandatory condition in accordance to the ANC norms for this occupation.

Entries can be made until September 29th 2016, 8 pm.
The selection results will be emailed on September 30th 2016, at 8 pm.
Confirmations will be made until October 2nd 2016, 8 pm.


What will you learn during class?

Determining teaching and training needs;
Working with a flipchart and video projector;
Setting learning objectives;
Presentation techniques (verbal and nonverbal);
Managing emotions;
Delivering a presentation;
Practical situations in training;
Managing group dynamic;
Managing difficult situations;
Trainer style;
Giving feedback;
Evaluation of the training session.


At the end of the course you will be able to:

Use verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal language in your favor;
Administer difficult delivery situations (ex.: groups of students uninterested in learning);
Choose and structure the information;
Identify training needs;
Build activities leading to the achievement of the training;
Facilitate learning during and after the training/presentation program;
Evaluate the training/presentation program based on relevant criteria;
Do training reports relevant for a company;
Organize the training/presentation program.


Course certification

The Course is authorized by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC).
The certificate obtained after the exam is issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Protection and the Elderly and the Ministry of National Education.
The graduation certificate is recognized nationally and, by translation with an apostille, is recognized in the EU member states.


The course is addressed to:

Young people that work in the NGO structures, which want to organize professional training sessions, both in their own team and outside of it;
Young people that work in professional training and need ANC certification;
Young people that wish to activate in professional training within their work place (ex.: internal training within the company);
Young people that wish to start a career in the field of professional training.
