Training Masters

Training Masters is a self-financed project of the Youth for Education and Society Association with the aim to support integration of young higher education graduets within the labour market through by improving skills and abilities in the adult training field.


Project objectives

Developing adult training skills for 20 young people enrolled in a masters program, for a period of 5 days.
Facilitating access to 20 young graduates of higher education tot non formal education methods in a 5 day interval.
Raising awareness for the specifics of professional training for adults among 20 young graduates of higher education for a period of 5 days.


Free course for the occupation of TRAINER, COR code 242401

The Youth for Education and Society Association in organizing a free course for the occupation of TRAINER, COR code 242401, ANC authorized (The National Authority for Qualifications) for 20 young people with the maximum age of 35 years, that have graduated from higher education and are enrolled in a masters program.
The classes will take place in Bucharest from the 18th until the 22nd of February 2015, as follows:

18-21 of February 2015: Course development (theory and practice), from 10 am to 6 pm (compulsory attendance throughout the course).
22nd of February 2015: ANC certification exam, 10 am.

Enrollment requirements:
Those interested will send an updated resume in Europass format, along with a letter of intent in which they will motivate the desire to participate in the training session.

ATTENTION! Avoid using standard letters of intent or those downloaded from the Internet.


What will you learn in training?

Determining teaching and training needs;
Working with a flipchart and video projector;
Setting learning objectives;
Presentation techniques (verbal and nonverbal);
Managing emotions;
Delivering a presentation;
Practical situations in training;
Managing group dynamic;
Managing difficult situations;
Trainer style;
Giving feedback;
Evaluation of the training session.


At the end of the course you will be able to:

Use verbal, non verbal and paraverbal language in your favor;
Administer difficult delivery situations (ex.: groups of students uninterested in learning);
Choose and structure the information;
Identify training needs;
Build activities leading to the achievement of the training;
Facilitate learning during and after the training/presentation program;
Evaluate the training/presentation program based on relevant criteria;
Do training reports relevant for a company;
Organize the training/presentation program.


Course certification

The Course is authorized by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC).
The certificate obtained after the exam is issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Protection and the Elderly and the Ministry of National Education.
The graduation certificate is recognized nationally and, by translation with an apostille, is recognized in he EU member states.
