Master Project Management is a self-financed project of the youth for education and society association that aims to develop general project management skills for 20 young people that have graduated from higher education.


Project Objectives

Developing the project writing abilities of 20 young people that have graduated from higher education, for a period of 4 days.
Raising awareness for planning and implementing projects among 20 young people that have graduated from higher education, for a period of 4 days.


Free course for the occupation of PROJECT MANAGER, COR code:242101

The Youth for Education and Society Association is organizing a free course for the occupation of PROJECT MANAGER, COR code 242101, ANC authorized (The National Authority for Qualifications) for 20 young people with the maximum age of 35 years, that have graduated from higher education and are enrolled in a masters program.

The classes will take place in Bucharest from the 4th until the 7th of May 2017, as follows:

04-07 of May 2017: Course development (theory and practice), from 10 am to 6 pm;
7th of May 2017: ANC certification exam, 4 pm.

Enrollment requirements: Those interested will send a letter of intent in which they will motivate the desire to participate in the training session.

Entries can be made until the April 27th 2017, 10 pm.
The selection results will be communicated to the participants by email until April 28th 2017, 4 pm.
Confirmations will be made until May 2nd 2017, 4 pm.

At the end of the course you will be able to:

Correctly identify problems from which you can elaborate and write projects;
Go through the correct planning, monitoring and evaluating stages necessary in project implementing;
Identify the role, skills and competences of a project manager;
Work in a team for efficient human resource management;
Ensure project resource management, financial and risk management.


Course certification

The Course is authorized by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC);
The certificate obtained after the exam is issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Protection and the Elderly and the Ministry of National Education.
The graduation certificate is recognized nationally and, by translation with an apostille, is recognized in the EU member states.


The course is addressed to:

Young people working in the NGO environment that wish to implement projects financed through grants;
Young people that work in project management and wish to obtain ANC certification;
Young people that wish to implement project at the work place;
Young people that wish to start a career in writing and managing projects.
