Project co-financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the national project competition for students 2016.


Project Objectives

Raising awareness of the importance of preparing a meeting with the employer on the recruitment and selection process.
Facilitate the access of 50 young students aged 18 to 35 to develop training skills for the recruitment, selection and employment process.
Developing preparation skills for the recruitment, selection and employment process.


Free Course "STAGES OF RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT PROCESS" for students

The Youth for Education and Society Association is organizing a free course on "STAGES OF THE RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT PROCESS" for 50 young students up to the age of 35 enrolled in the higher education system.

The courses are held in Bucharest, between the 4th and the 6th of November 2016, as follows:

November 4th 2016, from 17:00 to 21:00;
05 - 06 November 2016, 11:00 to 17:00 (Saturday and Sunday).

Registration requirements: Interested students will enroll using the registration form available on the TES website.
In order to participate in the free course, enrolled persons must prove their status as a student through a copy of the student's grade book.

Entries can be made until November 1st 2016, 20:00.
The selection results will be emailed on November 2nd 2016, at 20:00.
Confirmations will be made until November 3rd 2016, 20:00.


What will you learn in class?

The course theme aims to develop skills that employers find fit for candidates through experiential learning:
- conception and editing of a creative resume;
- cover letter;
- preparing the interview;
- preparing for the assessment center;
- communication with employers;
- negotiation with employers.


The "FACE TO FACE WITH EMPLOYERS" Conference

The "FACE TO FACE WITH EMPLOYERS" Conference will take place on November 7th, 2016 at 17:00, and will include 2 HR specialists as well as 2 private company managers.

Topics addressed in the conference:

What expectations does the HR department have from candidates?
How do we increase our chances of being selected?
What does a successful interview mean?
What expectations do managers have from new employees?
How do we develop a successful career?

The conference location will be communicated to the participants enrolled in the course by e-mail following the selection process.
